I was called by a representative from First Capital Credit offering me a master card with a credit limit of $2500.

I authorized them to withdraw the funds from my checking account and I have not heard from them since. I try calling the customer service department but all I get is an answering machine telling me that they are busy and to leave a message. They never return my calls I have filed a dispute with my bank and have had no response as of yet
