Fraudulent ripoff business

I was phoned by this company and told that i had applied for a credit card with them and was approved this company in turn ask for my bank information checking account number. I gave it to them I was assured that I would receive a mastercard in the mail in no later than 14 days for 2, 000 dollars. Needless to say I have not received it . i have tried to phone the company they never answer the phone or tell me the representative i need to speak to is not in. ElgaMiami, Georgia
