Fraudulent ripoff business took my money and never gave me a credit card won't answer any calls O

I applied for a credit card on-line and was contacted by telephone by the company known as First Capital Consumers.

First Capital Consumers debited money from my checking account with the promise of a credit card. I did not receive the credit card and the company will not answer my phone calls or refund my money.
