Ripoff scam con artists

First Capital Comsumers called me 4/18/02 and ask if I would like a credit card up to $2500, and I said yes, because I filed Bank Rupty after a person put me under with my business. So I thought A credit card would be good to start my credit again. They wanted $199. and took it from my checking acct.

I have tried to call them 12 or more times and got nowhere. 9/24/02 I called again and spoke to Gail and she said I could get a refund if I sent a copy of statement from bank and a letter saying I wanted a refund in full and I never got anything from them credit card or info. so I sent all this 9/25/02.

Now I tried to call again to talk to Gail to tell her I sent everything and to see if she got it. Her Fax # is 416-448-1497. But got only answering machine.
