Ripoff rip off scam con artists

First Capital Consumers called our home with approved credit card for my husband, Robert. They said they would deduct $199.00 from our checking acct and card would be here for2, 500 limit withing 3 weeks. Since checking acct is in my name only, they changed name of card to me. In a few weeks, they sent a benefits package full of junk I wasn't interested in.

There was a card in there to fill out to recieve the credit card. I sent it in, and still have nothing. I have called them several times costing 89.90 in international calls. I am charged even when no connection is made. A recording comes on after 3 rings, so I would hang up and call back. I was charged 1.55 every time I called the number which I had no idea was not in the USA. I tried to look them up on internet which is how I found you.
