No Refund

I ordered some seats from Hyper Auto parts.The seats were at a excellent price, So I ordered them. I got a e-mail confirming my order. About the time another e-mail said the seats I ordered were on back order for 30 days and were offered a different set of seats for an additional $79. I decided to wait for the original order and after 30 days I inquired as to the status of the order. I recieved an email stating " Those seats as you know are on backorder for at least 60-90 days. We just heard from the warehouse and they advised us there will be a further delay due to some problems with the manufacturing. Sorry about that. If you wish, you can upgrade to the matrix black yellow seats. Please advise". Interesting that I didn't know the seats were 60-90 days delayed and further delayed until further notice... at this point I requested a refund and recieved an email from Alex who is their CSR (customer service rep? ) saying "A refund has been issued per your request. Please allow 7-10 business days for the money to be back into your account.Best regards, Alex". This was 24 Aug 2011 and as of 13 Sep 2011 still no refund. I have called my bank to file a fraud complaint and dispute the charges. I would stay away from doing business with these people, really shady bunch...
