I ordered flowers to be sent to Martin and Adrienne Sworn 9 Canberra rd durrington, worthing, west sussex england bn13 3hh. 3 orders were charged on Dec 14 2011 and 1 order Dec 15 2011.

My grandson let us know that they had arrived on Dec 20th as requested and also I recieved an e-mail confirmation. Please reverse the 3 extra charges. We are pensioners and that is rather frightening to see all that on the visa account. Sincerely Joan Mary Parkinson London On 1-519-473-4192
