Did not receive product

Purchased get slim pacakge includes Acai 60 day supply and Colon 60 day Supply was charged on my visa 2twice for 7.86 and two charges for 101.99. on Feb 8, 2011. Did not received the product phone once to cancel and have charges reversed said that they could not reverse charges gave me a cancellation #462059 but did not reverse chages I also emaild compnay and never heard back.. Tried calling back at 1-888-470-0380 and keep getting busy signal.
