It was my 1st time getting permanent make up done, my eyebrows to be exact..i google around for business in Calgary and found Satin Laser Touch to be fairly priced ($450, most places were $600 - $1200). I went in and I had them done, very nice & pleasant to deal but i found that she tattoo them a bit on the thinner side as i would have liked it but i was ok with it. Had to rescheduled to come back a month later to be retouched she mentioned it would be more permanent after the 2nd time of tattoo-ing it, on my 2nd visit i requested to be thicker since i found them to fade quickly, she threaded down alot of my brows in the beginning plus the procedure was painful to bear to have to do it again if necessary. She tattooed it a bit thicker but i perferred more but she commented that it was a good fit for my face so i was ok with it since I'm not the professional. So a month later about 1/2 faded and i had to go back to have it retouched, i thought it would be free procedure since I paid so much in the 1st place, she said i have to just pay for the needle ($40) which i was not happy with but i did it anyways it was not like i had a choice. I left happy with the work but was in pain..3 months later it faded again! So I called her back to be retouched & asked her how much would it be since i had to pay for the needle on my last visit, she asked me to come in and let her have a look at... so I did and she ended up charging me an additional $100!! i ended up paying around $600 for the whole thing which was a waste b/c i still have to pencil in my eyebrows til this day!! i was so upset b/c if i knew i had to keep paying than why did she advertise $450 for the whole procedure! I thought she was going to tattoo them until my liking and i found her to be a bit rude & unpleasant after i mentioned why i had to continue paying for more ink. In 8/9 months almost to all of the ink on my eyebrows faded and i had to get it done 4x's which was a painful procedure i have to add. My friends & mom had it done only once in Asia and never had issues like what i did. I wouldn't deal with her again!! Stay away from that clinic is my advice!!
