I was initially contacted by First Capital Consumers Group with an offer for an unsecured Master Card with a $2000.00 Limit. They withdrew $199.00 from my savings account on 3/15/02 and assigned me a pin# 2828. After countless telephone conversations with some of the rudest and least intelligent people i've ever spoken with I have yet to receive a Master Card. I have left numerous messages on their answering machine all at my own expense
since they do not provide a toll free telephone number.

Yet I have never recieved a call back. I too like others have requested to speak with a manager and they are alway's too busy to come to the phone and i've been told over and over they would call back. I have filed a complaint with the United States Federal Trade Commission and now I would like to file a complaint with you. I appreciate your time and effort regarding this matter.
