I recieved a phone call from First Capital Consumers Group back in June they told me that I would receive a card with a $2000 limit if I paid the processing fee of $199. I went ahead and gave them my account thinking that I could rebuild my credit. T
hey gave me their phone number and said to call with any questions. The next day I went to my bank and found out that I did not have enough money so I called to cancel....no one answered. So after calling about 50 times I finally got to talk to someone.
I cancelled my transaction and she assured me that my bank information was no longer in their system...YEAH RIGHT! On July 18 they debited $199 from my account! I was so mad I called and they told me they did take it out and I should be receiving my packet in the mail.
She said there was no way I could get a refund.
Needless to say I have not recieved a card. I have been watching this website for a few months now and at one time there was an article from someone who works for complaint, stating how to get a refund....
Please let me know where it is....
