I received an interesting advertisement from J.D.MARVEL PRODUCTS showing a very nice ORGANIZER FOOTSTOOL, Product # FOF, Page 32 in the catalogue sent to me -- Price $29.95 plus S/H and Taxes, Total of cheque No. 105, mailed Oct 9, 2002, was $42.29. The cheque was cashed, according to bank verification, on Oct. 18, 2002.

I have attempted to contact this company, and as a senior,
$41.29 represents a great deal of money. To date there has been no word from them and the phone line
is always busy.

Sincerely hope something can be done to get this RIPOFF COMPANY out of Canada.
