JD Marvel catalogue comes to me on a regular bases. I have ordered from them only once before, everything was ok. This time my order was sent Dec. 7th 2002, my cheque was cashed on Dec. 16th 2002.
It is now Feb.24th 2003 and I have received nothing. No explanation of back order situation or recognition of where my order is. They gave me a window of time (in their ad) of 3 to 5 weeks for delivery. Shortly- it will be 3 months.
I have never experienced anything like this before so I feel vulnerable and rather shocked and confused about what is happening.
