J.D. Marvel Inc cashed my mother's check never received the goods ripoff

My mother ordered "Clairevue" FM TV amplifier Sept. 17, 2002 from J.D. Marvel Inc. from their catalogue that she received home. They cashed her check Sept. 24.

She wrote them to let them know that if they can't supply her with the goods, to please refund her. They never got in touch with again.
