Ripoff

I ordered a pair of winter boots. I sent the cheque through the mail. It was cashed on November 18, 2002. It is now January 8, 2002 and have still not received the boots.

I have made numerous attempts to contact by phone and I always get an answering machine.

Am very upset and would like some answers from company.
