I ordered a pair of winter boots for my Dad for Christmas. He seen the ad in a catalog delivered in the mail. I sent a cheque and the order November 13, 2002 and the cheque was cashed at a TD Bank in Quebec and I have never received the boots. I called the number and it was always busy. I have tried for weeks and now the phone number is disconnected. Even the TD Bank in Quebec told me they couldn't do anything for me.
So what do I do now, I want my money back, I want the owner of J.D.Marvel charged with fraud.
By the way I just received another catalog last week, so is the company still in business.
