To Whom it may concern January 21/2003
October 24 2002 I had sent them a check in the amount of 35.26 for the purchase of two Windshield Protectors, and the free gift of the Imperial Rose Porcelain Egg.
I have tried contacting them numerous times by phone. First call was before Christmas and there was a recording that due to the Christmas Season they would be closed until January 6 2003. I tried January 6 and recording still said closed until Jan. 6. I tried all that week and same recording. Then I tried the next week and got a busy signal. Kept on trying and it would ring and no answer.
The next step I E-Mailed them and requested a response. It has been a week and a half with no reply. I tried again today and it would ring and ring. I would like some answers as to what is going on. They have never sent me anything saying it was back ordered.
