This is another Bra story!
In October I ordered x2 bras from J.D. Marvel Products Inc. My cheque was cashed immediately and around 6 weeks later my order did arrive. Surprise! It was the wrong order so I called (at my own expense) to state my claim and was told to send them back and the right bras would be sent to me. I immediately returned them along with my postal receipt on November 6, 2002.
After not hearing from the company in three weeks I tried to call and only received a busy signal for days. Right after Christmas I tried again and only received a message that they were closed for Christmas holidays and would reopen January 6th... this message I reached until January 13, 2003 and the next day the message stated this number had been disconnected.
Now I am mad... I called the BBB only to be told that J.D. Marvel Products were restructuring and they had changed their telephone number. I received the new number and now I am back to the busy signal! I have written a letter to the management of the company stating that if I don't hear from them within a few days of receipt of my letter I will be taking this matter further... & I just have!
