Ordered products on the internet ($172.02) on November 6th 2002.
After repeated emails to the company and phone calls I did eventually contact a representative who lied to me as to the status of this order.

The last contact I had with this company was on Friday 17th January 2003. I contacted them by phone and the individual told me that he was unable to help due to the fact that all new computers were being installed and the records were unavailable at that time. He also took my name and phone number and told me a representative would contact me. Once again (as expected) the call did not arrive. The individual would not give his name.
