Last November 7, 2002, I ordered a pair of leather moccasins, a pair of suade/leather slippers and some personalized labels over the internet from J.D. Marvel Products Catalogue. This was the first time and the last ordering over the internet! I was given a Sales Order number, an internet receipt number and confirmation of my master card charge.
It was stated in the catalogue that the goods would be delivered within two to four weeks from Nov. 7/02 - before Christmas! I phoned many times over the past month and a half. I was told on the first, second and third attempts at resolution that the goods were on back order and that they would be sent out January 4, 2003. I called today and was told by the operator that the number was no longer in service and I also attempted to reach them over the internet. The web site has also dissappeared! After doing a ' SEARCH ' using the words J D Marvel Products Inc. I stumbled upon this
" Rip-Off " site - - - and here I am; RIPPED OFF!
