RIPOFF Cheque processed, product not delivered! consumer rip-off fraud

I ordered by mail on February 27, 2002, 1 pair man's and 1 pair ladies Doc Marvel's slippers, sending a cheque for payment of product including shipping. The cheque cleared my account on March 7.

With no product received, I called their customer service number. It rang for a considerable time, no answer.
Please have their mailers cancelled from the packaged mailers to stop their rip-off.
