JD Marvel Products ripoff company 4 months later still no product cheque cashed anyway

I ordered two pairs of slippers and one week later my cheque was cashed through the bank. 4 months later I still have not received a product. The phone number for the company is "out of service" and after e-mailing the company I recieved notice via e-mail that my slippers were on back-order and would arrive in 2-4 weeks. That was 2 months ago. Still no product.
