Faulty Product with inadequate support capability

I pre ordered Battlefield 4 Deluxe edition as well as purchased premium. Once the game was launched the issues started.

The game crashed and random errors, as expected of an online service it will have some bugs, then the patches started coming out. This only broke the game even more. there has been 2 major updates of over 4 gigs as well as an DLC and the game is still broken.

I have contacted support numurous times and they treat you like an. I wont contact support if I dont need to. they take you through all the troubleshotting you have already done and then thry escalate the issue. really just give me the contact details of the developers so I can tell them what to fix and where.

I use to be a QA for a big software company and i write applications, if i released an app or title that has half as many mistakes in i will be discredited.

EA and DICE needs to apologize to everyone who pre ordered and ordered this piece of and reimburse us for our trouble.

If not then PAY us for playing this BETA release of a so called official title as the BETA version which came out in November was more stable than this.
