Koodo blocked my account

Hi. My name is Jae Min. I am a Koodo user. I made a SIM card at London Drug and after that actually my friend used that phone. But the problem I found is that my account is blocked or suspended for some reasons. And Koodo rep ask me to fax 2 pieces of ID without telling me the reason why this situation happend. I want to know what is going on. what will happen next. The reason i am worring about is that i did not use that phone right?? Could anyone give me an advise please?? Thank you
