Ripoff no cutomer service no response to correspondence

I received a bill i found questionable so i wrote a letter to the company. instead of a response thay sent me another bill with a late fee tacked on. I wrote another letter and got the same thing. I then tried an e-mail still no response, just another bill with another late fee. one more letter once more ignored. I fainally got fed up cancelled my membership and paid the bill less the late fees just to get them off my back. months later i have started to recieve bills from them yet again, needless to say with more late fees.
