I've have been receiving cable phone and Internet from Eastlink for about two years now and only received one bill, You see I decided to go with ebilling and to this day I have never received and bills nor a notice that my bill is ready for viewing, the only bill I did receive was by paper when the bill was up in the $700.00 range, Ive called them email them telling them that I have yet to receive any notice of a bill they keep saying check and make sure your email is the one they have on file I just received a email yesterday saying the same thing check your email, Ive received that email but not my bills nor even a notice of a bill, I really think there doing this on purpose to get the late charges in must need the money I'm assuming I am not the only one this is happening too, And yes I am going to get them to switch me to paper and see if it keeps happening then. any thoughts thanks
