We have a Kenmore front load machine, purchased 3 years ago ($1, 500). on March 19, it started getting an F35 error code. Tech came out, had to order parts, came following week, with incorrect parts. Correct parts were ordered, told they would be in 2nd week in May! Finally got them to expidite the shipment, tech came on Apr 25, surprise - wrong parts again! told they would be here on Sat with the correct part as it had been in stock all along. confirmed 3 times they were coming out as no phone call. Sat Apr 28 get a call they don't have a tech! Called customer service don't really seem to care because we didn't purchase their extended warranty - gee thought their machines would last longer than 3 years! We have now been without a washing machine for 1 1/2 months, that alone is unacceptable, but the service we have received from customer service has been rediculous! So much for Sear's customer service.
