I purchaed an Ipod with an Itrip for about P0 CDN at a local Compusmart store. I was promised in writing that i would receive a rebate of approx $100 CDN withn 8 weeks. This was purchased in July and it is now Nov. I am still waiting for my $. After numberous attempts at speaking to the general manager, it seems there was one excuse after another. Considering I purchased a computer system at Staples for $1000 Sep 23, i just received a mail in rebate check of $100 from them just last week. Considering Compusmart's competition can do this adequately, why can't they??? I am still waiting for a response but I AM the one always calling them. What a rubbish store and would not recommend their combative attitude to anyone. Stay away from that chain.
