Ignored rebate and all attempts of contact by phone & email Fonthill

I sent in a rebate request for $100.00 for a 17" LCD monitor and was very careful about including everything... it took 2 more weeks longer than stipulated for them to even respond, only to say they will not honor the rebate due to me not including the UPC barcode (I had included it, but off the receipt, not from the box)

Unfortunately, they are un-reachable every time I have phoned, I had also threw out the box because it was 12 weeks later. I have left messages for someone to call me and I have tried to see if I can use a photocopy of the barcode as BestBuy (where I purchased the monitor) informed me that Samsung should accept it.

I have sent an email to Samsung rebate, informing them that I am a throughly dis-satisfied customer, and that I plan to boycott them if they cannot solve my dilemna as I would NOT have bought that monitor if there was no rebate, they have yet to respond (its been 4 weeks at least)

I was getting close to giving up, but for the fact that I am a persistent b**ch, and I plan to keep on going for all the david's out there...
