Dell's customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. I recently attempted to purchase a printer, what a disaster. After numerous phone calls, a multitude of case #s and reference #s it was established that my payment could not be found even though the bank had sent the payment out weeks before.
It's been over a month and I have not heard anything back from them as where my printer is. They say they will contact you but they never do.
I will never buy any Dell prducts again and I'll make sure that anyone I come in contact with doesn't either!
