Been on Sportsinteraction for a year, mainly small bets. Last week, I won $300 on the Kentucky Derby. A few days ago, they emailed me saying they took the money out of my account because of an error in my checking account information.
It was the same information as all my other deposits that went through. Only difference this time: I won! They're refusing to give me my money back - and refusing to tell me what the error was.
Customer Service in Montreal is very rude. No answers, managers are always "unavailable".
