Since looking into having my tv fixed two months after my warranty expired, I was told by other tv technicians that Prima LCD televisions are unreliable and not worth fixing. Upon hearing this I called the retailer, as well as Prima and both were unable to answer my questions. I then decided to research your companies reliability, in which I inquired other complaints. Apparently, I am not the only consumer who has had a problem with your televisions malfunctioning shortly after the warranty has expired. Does your company ever consider the consumers and there spending costs that expect quality tv's. Please do not disregard this complaint because as a disappointed customer I am hoping that you can help me out and my problems. Sincerely, Lonnie Heyman
