It's coming apart

This is the first and last time ever purchasing anything from samsung. My kids bought me a P2 mp3 player for christmas and had brought it back not even a month after it was purchased. Futire shop had gave me a new one and now it's been 6 months and now it is coming apart. It wasn't left in the sun or near anything hot or dropped and I'm not pleased that they will not replace it other than me sending it away for 6 to 8 weeks to repair it because the warranty does cover comestic damage. I can see if it has been abused thats fair but it wasn't. This player was 200.00 dollars plus tax as I can see they don't value any busness about their product. They have just lost mine and word of mouth goes a long way.
