I paid the Flowers2world for online delivery of Birthday flowers and gift to Greece.
MY order has not been delivered to Greece. Flowers2world company provided false information about the delivery status. The flowers were never received. The receiver is living in Alexandropoli, Greece and she was available all day on the indicated address.
It is very disrespectful to the costumers. I would like to be fully reimbursed and I am questioning the rights of the "Flowers2world" to exist as an online company for delivery and the company should be a subject of law for illegal charges without providing service.
