Terrible service

I am having to return the same DVD Player for a second time in less than a year of purchase. I have also had to exchange the home theater I purchased the same day. The TV that came with the package is also substandard. I cannot believe these products are allowed to be sold if they cannot even last a year. Before some start saying I have overused them, I only watch DVDs maybe twice a month and have used the home theater's cd player a handful of times, the last time it broke down. I listen to the radio or MP3 player... I unsatisfied with these Samsung products, they are unreliable and break down. I should have known this when I saw them for sale at a local electronic seconds shop for $29... Yes, the DVD-10807P which I paid a lot more for... New... $29.99 (refurbished $19.99)... And I cannot even get one to last me a year!!
