And There New Scam Well One Of Them family plan scam you dont save money they double charge you on services and charge you for the " share plan"

Ok people here is a eye opener for ya! If you own a black berry and a other phone on a share plan with bell they are ripping you off.

After fighting with them over are plan being changed with out our permission to not having any test plan or call plan??? when we were on a share plan with these phones for a couple of months with no problems.
Tell on day I figures I give there blackberry internet plan a look!!! there "Rim plan" (just to help you remember the "rim plan" mean there going to bend you over and screw ya) well I called in and asked to have the internet on my phone and was told "no problem it will be on with in 24 hrs" When this moron put there "rim plan" on he figured he would just wipe out everything else.

Our next bill was through the roof cause of this after calling in a put on hold off and on for 3.5 hrs a nother idiot came on and said "that she will fix it all and change our plan back to the way it was"

The next bill was even higher she did zero but refund a couple text message charges! Again I called and again was put on and off hold by some lady that didnt even know what company she worked for when she answered the call her first words where" YA... HELLO... WHAT DO YOU NEED" just that. After talking with this lady for 2 1/2 hr and her just no able to figure out i dont want the internet anymore cause this phone puts it self on line by its self even when I shut off the net work feature?? she must have been getting off soon cause she said she was going to talk to her supervisor and would be right back and hung up!

So I called back again and talk to some guy that sounded like he had a brain... but nope!! he told me as well that he would fix all the plan problems and credit the account for everything. he did do the crediting part but then changed our account plan to to some other b.s plan???

So yes again I called in and again got put on and off hold for almost 4 hr and I only talk to someone for 33 min of it all. This time I did get some info for the first time and found out that if you have a blackberry and a other phone on a share plan that the internet is not compatible with the blackberry so for you to have internet or any other fun plan on the second phone you have to pay for both phones to have it so that the second phone can have it! That right they charge you twice one for each phone plus if you want internet on the blackberry you have to also get the "rim plan" cause the normal internet doesnt work on the blackberry. You have to pay for the internet TWICE. They are charging all of us for a service that are phones cant use!! why are we forced to pay for something that we cant use???

They tell me that the fun 20 plan wont work with my phone due to its a blackberry but it was working just fine before I got there "rim plan" ( the bend you over a screw you plan) so how is it that it was working fine even though it was not "compatible" with my phone?? sound like a scam to me!!

so take a look at your bills and if you have a blackberry to see there b.s charges
