I have placed an order on Dec. 21st. Zooscape charged my credit card right away. As of today, still no news on the shipment. I have tried to contact them numerous times, via e-mail & phone. The last e-mail, from Andrea at Zooscape, dated Jan. 21st. It mentionned the product was back order until now. They are expecting a shipment in 2-3 days and will gladly send to me ASAP, via Priority mail, at no extra charge. Unfortunately, as of today, Feb 14th, still nothing. I tried to contact them many times between Jan. 21st & now, no one to talk to (general mailbox) and they do not return my calls or e-mails. No need to say, I am beyond frustrated with Zooscape. I do not care about the product anymore, I want my money back immediately.
