I ordered a few supplements for family members I was going to visit. I did so 6 weeks in advance. All products were listed as "In Stock" and I live in Canada, on the same coast as the company.
4 weeks after the order, I did not receive anything so I called customer service and they said that the products were, in fact, not available and that they would get there in a few weeks. I then requested to cancl the order because I was leaving in two weeks and, had I known the products were not available I wouldn't have purchased them in the first place.
The customer service rep agreed to cancel the order. I requested a confirmation number but she said she did not have one. Her name was Sheila. Weeks went by, I went on vacation and when I came back I had an email where Zooscape said that I missed my package.
Yes, the package for the order I had canceled. Three months after this I have sent countless emails and called countless times and I have not gotten my money back. They are thiefs and have the worst customer service ever. Plus, their reps are rude.
