I ordered the stem cell therapy face cream, and after weeks of no delivery and no return calls from repeatedly calling customer service I finally called the order department (someone always answers there) I demanded a cancellation because I did not want to deal with a company that purposely avoided talking to customers after they placed an order. I asked for a confirmation number for cancellation and received one (6966020). Then two weeks later... after two months of nothing but headaches, I received the order I had canceled. I have been calling to return the product since I had canceled it and do not want anything to do with this company, but again over a week with no return call. I again called the order department and of course, again, someone always answers... I expressed my anger and disgust with their customer service and demanded someone from customer service call me to take back their product and give me my money back... again a week has passed... NO CALL. Something is clearly not right with this company, I believe there is some sort of scam on their part... I do not want to touch any product from them at this point. It actually frightens me to use their products... something is very wrong with this whole thing.
I'm not giving up. They should be charged with fraud since after canceling they had no authority to put the order through.
