When you order their anti-aging cream they say it will have 2 full weeks after you recieve the cream to see for yourself before you are ever billed. If you're still not sure after that, you are still fully covered by our 60-day full money back guarantee (which doesn't start until after the full 2 weeks). This is a lie. I tried calling their # 4 times & got 4 different answers for cancellation. I had their product for less than 30 days when they sent me another order. Plus I was going by the first 14 days & should have gave me 74 days before my guarantee was up. So now I get an e-mail stateing, ( in case you are still within your 14-day trial offer, then you are still responsible for this order as well as the billing of $59.95 for the jar at the end of your 14-day trial period. This is not the same thing they say when you order the jar, even if you read their terms, it states the same thing as what they say when you order it. And just try to go to their web-site to return it or make a complaint. Its ficticus. Good thing my credit card co. doesn't let frauds like this one get away with billing me. If you go to their web-site page, you'll see all kinds of sites stating that Caracol Cream are frauds & compaints they have against them.
