On May 4, 2005, I placed an order with Zooscape.com. I tried to contact them on May 15th, when I had not received my order. Although my credit card was billed on the 4th of May, this company never informed me that my item had not been shipped, nor was it in stock. When I checked the order status on their website, the status was "In Process".
Although they state they have 24-hour customer service, they did not return my emails nor my phone messages. When I did get customer service they informed me it would be 5-21 business days before I was issued a refund. OUTRAGEOUS!!! It sure didn't take them long to take my money but they have a difficult time returning it. I just hope that I do get a refund eventually.
