I have been unable to receive ordered merchandise or obtain a refund in over three months of business correspondence with the above-mentioned company.
Zooscape appears to operate as a front, or drop-ship agent, for a range of gift products. They are unable to guarantee prompt shipment of goods and, when pressed for accurate shipping (my first order was entirely inaccurate) or refund, they are unable to control their drop-ship source.
Thus, after over three months time, they hold my moneyand earn interest on itwithout fulfilling my order with accurate merchandise, or offering the refund of $30.10.
