I placed an order early August 08, and for the next four days Zooscape called my home, I was not home to answer those calls. I called them back and they said they were calling to confirm my address so they can ship my product. I did find that odd because what company does that.
Three weeks later 9/12/08, I called them to ask where my order was and they told me the item was back ordered. I asked why I wasn't told this by the person I called back to confirm my address and she did not have a logical explanation. I aked why they charged my credit card a month ago when they don't have the item in stock and she did not answer. She then proceeded to say she could ship it express in the next couple of days. I told her that I just want to cancel the order. She said okay and told me I would receive an e-mail within the hour regarding our conversation.
Needless to say I never heard a word from them again. Luckily for me I contacted my credit card company and they were nice enough to credit me my money back. I do feel badly for others they have done this to and for those who have yet to come across this deplorable place they call a company.
