Called tracking assistant for two times and followed their instructions to stay home for delivery for two days but never seen any purolator trucks and no contact call came in. They claimed that they could not find my address (an independent new house). What a joke! I live in London Ontario not in London England. Obviously some new built house might not be found on map but I am pretty sure those guys do not even make any attempts. It a nightmare for doing business with Purolator Canada. Keep away from them!!!
