I ordered two royal rings for which I was charged 59.64 USD. Later on I learned that, without my knowledge, they further charged me 38.74 USD. Then I called them about what is going on. They admitted that what they did is wrong and promised to refund. For which they even gave me a cancellation confirmation number. While I was expecting a refund, I learned that they again charged me further 53.30 USD . when I talked to them over the phone, they were not willing to help me out. Instead they gave me a non-functional number for which they said I will be helped better. To your surprise, no one is answering a my call at the other end. Then I decided to dispute the matter to my credit card company so that they could reverse my money back.
