Royal Credit Solutions ripoff's New Jersey

On 7-30-03 Treveor (ID# 18251) Call from Royal Credit Solutions. Took out of my account $296.00. As of today 11-19-03 I have not received any information and or Credit card. I was told $2500 Master Card, no fees or anuual membership and 8% insterest rate. Call the place and they tell you they don't know what happed to the card and cannot do anything and hang up on you.
