Unethical behavior money rubbing

I am sending to u the booking I did through expedia on BA airline from Dubai to Montreal round trip on 30 november itirnity no 141089138111, unfourtionatly I had to pay 230 AED at dubai airport by British airline for extra baggage? although I had only 2 baggage with weight 15 kg only I tried to explain that this is hundred time travelling to canada with 2 baggage but they simply refused and asked me to get this money back from expedia who deceived me, name of BA station supervisor at that night MRS Kasis Calaz at dubai international airport on wedesday 30 november 2011 at 10 .05 AM flight 108 BA Dubai to London, also I was treated very badly at the most tough way I had ever faced by this Lady
