I ordered this website with my mastercard and this company charged me twice without notice. When i first talked to the woman on the phone they gave me the connection and never once mentioned to me about this fee. I'm really upset about this matter and i would like my money to be put back on my credit card or else i will take further action. If someone can please help me on this matter i would appricate it. When i called customer service they told me that there refunding department can only be reached through email and i sent them email and i still don't get back a responds. So please get back to me on this matter or else like i said i will take further action aganist this company.
