I just saw all of your complains and I have a cure.
You see, I worked at Ramada Plaza Resorts Ornalndo company and I will tell you everything about the compnay, customer service and finally how they're riping you off.
how they get your number and so on...??? You fill up a registeration form and they say in the begging of the script that you are one of the lucky people who've been selected?? lucky people? they call each and everyone of the regiesteration forms? lol Now the script.
hello is MR/MRS... THERE? HELLO MY NAME IS ******* AND IM CALLING FROM RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS ORNLADO FORT LAUDERDALE VACATION. RECENTLY MR/MRS... YOU WERE AT... AND FILLED UP A REGIRSTRATION FORM FOR... AND I HAVE SOME EXCITING NEWS FOR YOU. (THAT'S WHERE THEY GET PEOPLES ATTENTION) WE'VE COMPELETED OUR FINAL SCREENING AND YOU'RE ONE OF THE LUCKY PEOPLE WHO'VE BEEN SELECTED DEMOGRAPHICALY.
Now mr/mrs I have some question and for your benefit this call may be monitor for the quailty insurance (another way of getting your attention).
1. you are at least 19 years old (usually try to get young people)
2. can you get one week off within the next 18 months.
3. Are you single or married (a lot of people won't answer)
4. your 3805 or some us package will be send to (then they ask you for your address and you have to confirm the address with them, you see it's all tricks)
Now they have you all excited and you probably think that you won a lot of money hahahaha and then they ask for your husbend or wife to pick up the phone line because it's easier for them not to call back (by the way we were not suppose to give any phone numbers or any information about the location or talking to manager or anything that the customers could locate us)
you see the funny part is that if you ask a question during the 20 mints script they politly ask you to let them finish the script and then they will answer your questions (another way of hiding the charges because by the time they finish the script you probably forgot about your questions hahaha)
Another thing, at the desk we had all of the information or better say all of the customers questions so we could answer it easily (I mean it's all like a puzzle they turn and turn and turn the script around and finally they sell it to you and you won't even figuer out how)
Now, you might ask why did you work at a company like this well I needed money at the time and I quit as soon as I could.
Today after 1 month I'm going to get my paycheck, they did not give me the 3 day training) well people I hope I did help you guys out a little. I will give you a peace of advise... As soon as you hear Ramada HANG UUUUUUUUUUUUUUUP..
