Hello everyone.i wanted to let you all know how i feel about this particular business.i, m a current employee at the "ramada" and i feel very disturbed about what they are doing to innocent people. i just saw all these articles about the scam that is in progress at my work place and i feel ver embarassed and sad because ive been taking part in this for a really long time.
i never really knew what was going on because all the representatives are told what to do and what to say .we never get to make any decisions on our own .we have to follow a 15 minute script so all of you who got ripped off dont take it out on the representatives as they are only following the instructions given and a good percentage of us are not aware that its all a scam.
the real people you need to be dealing with are the managers. if anyone needs any information from me with regards to this feel free to contact me and ill be more than happy to assist you in anyway.
